We built a gamified WebAR experience that showcased the Smash Burger and brought customer archetypes to life through unique characters, deepening brand connection with a fun, playful twist.
Goiko was launching its new Smash Burger and wanted to make it unforgettable. The context was ideal: the waiting time right after placing an order, the perfect moment to surprise customers and keep them entertained until their food arrived.
We built a gamified WebAR experience that showcased the Smash Burger and brought customer archetypes to life through unique characters, deepening brand connection with a fun, playful twist.
Players joined a nationwide Smash Burger AR competition, with a live leaderboard to challenge friends and strangers. It created excitement and shareable moments while giving Goiko valuable customer insights, turning play into both entertainment and data.
